2. Develop Financial Health:

Wash Clean the City Finances with Honesty

Throw out all the crooked and the incompetent staff.

Have the Grand Jury investigate the Richmond financial crisis.

Support legal prosecution to those responsible.

Mandate monthly financial reports to council members and the public.

Maintain Public Ownership of Public Services Agencies.

Cut at the top: Finances for services not for bureaucracy.

Public Power Utility District for Richmond.

No more perks and corporate welfare (i.e. Chevron-T perk utility users tax cap).
