2022 November Voter Guide

The RPA is proud to share a voter guide for the November 2022 elections. The items included on this guide undertook a multi-step approval process.

For those candidates we explicitly endorsed—Eduardo for Mayor, Jamin for City Council District 4, Doria for City Council District , and Alfred for AC Transit—candidates completed a questionnaire and then interviewed with our endorsement committee. Upon this committee's recommendation for endorsement, the RPA Steering Committee and then the full membership had an opportunity to vote on the endorsement. Richmond's Measure P, to strengthen rent control in Richmond, also went through this process.

All other items on the voter guide (other local seats and statewide ballot measures) were reviewed extensively by a voter guide team, who submitted recommendations for vote by the Steering Committee and then the full membership. This includes items for which we make no recommendation.
