Join Our New Organizational Development Action Team

The RPA leadership is investing time and effort to deepen their practices in collective governance, democratic management, and racial and economic justice. We have created a new team to do this organizational work together and would love for our members to participate in the process as we recognize that we can only grow together.

Applying learnings from the "Collaborate to Co-Liberate: Structures and Practices for Democratic Organization" training series organized by the Non Profit Democracy Network, each month we work together to make recommendations to the Steering Committee to improve collective governance, diversity, equity, inclusion, and access within the RPA.

We meet virtually via Zoom on average once a month on the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday from 1-2:30pm. Our next meeting dates are the following: 9/13/22, 10/11/22, 11/8/22, 1/17/23, 2/14/23, 3/14/23, 5/16/23, 6/13/23, 7/18/23.

If you’re interested in joining our team or would like to hear more about it, reach out to Sophie Van Ronsel at [email protected]
