Claudia is a Richmond City Council representative, first elected by District 6 voters in 2020. As a mother and immigrant, she deeply loves the diversity and warmth of the Richmond community.
Originally from Colombia, Claudia worked as a licensed architect, designing and building affordable housing. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning from UC Berkeley.
